Major Activities and Events Lot 2

Lot 2 – Extension of SS Kragujevac 2 and Kraljevo 3: Major Activities and Events

• The Monthly Meeting (no. 4) with the Contractor was held on 14.01.2021 with the goal to discuss progress made in December 2021. Main topics of the meeting were as follows:
  • Contractor’s Monthly Progress Report,
  • Progress of work – documentation (Study on the arrangement of the Construction site, cash flow, construction boards, Time Schedule…)
  • Progress of works – site activities (Power supply, 10 kV cable for displacement in SS Kraljevo 3, commencement of site activities, etc.)
  • Other issues.

• The Monthly meeting (no. 5) with the Contractor was held on 05.02.2021 with goal to discuss progress made in January 2021. The meeting followed usual Agenda:
  • Contractor’s Monthly Progress Report,
  • Progress of works – documentation (Construction boards, Studies on the Arrangement of the construction site, cash flow, etc.)
  • Progress of works – site activities (Power supply, commencement of the site activities, 10 kV cable for displacement in SS Kraljevo 3, etc)
  • Other issues.

• 0n 22.02.2021. the Contractor and Supervisors of EMS signed Construction journal and opened the Construction site for commencement of site activities at SS Kraljevo 3.  Construction board has been installed in front of SS Kraljevo 3.

• 0n 01.03.2021. Contractor and Supervisors of EMS signed Construction journal and opened the Construction site for commencement of site activities at SS Kragujevac 2.  Construction board has been installed in front of SS Kragujevac 2.

• The Monthly meeting (no. 6) with the Contractor was held on 08.03.2021 with goal to discuss progress made during February 2021. Main topics discussed during the meeting were as follows:
  • Open issues from the previous meeting (documentation requirements),
  • Contractor’s Monthly Progress Report,
  • Time Schedule,
  • Progress of works – documentation,
  • Progress of works – site activities (Access to SS Kraljevo 3, maintenance of access road, etc.),
  • Other issues.
• Assembly test for gantries was performed on 22.03.2021. in presence of the representatives of EMS.
